Men are then left to machines, or ineffective cardio equipment to accomplish there goals. Alone and bored to tears, soon the program becomes non-existent and the classes at the gym are left to dancers and women who enjoy the old school dance type aerobics class. Men won't do it, so there we are.
I have been training with Allen for almost 3 years. The improved health, appearance, confidence and self defense are all great; but I train for ability. At 51, I have two teenage children that I want to “hang” with, no matter what they choose to do. Whether it’s front yard football, kayaking, rock-climbing, or a 28 mile hike, Allen develops the workout that I need. At the time of the event, I find myself with the stamina, strength, flexibility, balance, and speed needed. Yes, even a concert with a mosh-pit, Allen has got me covered. As a bonus, even when I’m not preparing for a specific activity, the work-outs are never routine, never boring, and consistently a great mental break and stress reliever. Always the professional, Allen provides the knowledge and motivation needed to achieve my desired goals. I am so thankful that at my age, I can do whatever activity I want. Thanks Allen!!

Special Programs for men of all ages
At Fitness One, men are important. Allen Branch's passion for helping men "get it back" and to be able to do the things they did when they were younger is easy to see, as Fitness One is the only gym in the Triad area to offer men's only classes, including weight lifting, Personal Training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Krav Maga and more. The Special Programs offer A wide variety of men's only classes.
Branch, now 45, designs men's fitness programs to help with weight loss, gaining lean muscle and bringing back confidence. Still active in Boxing, Kickboxing , Basketball, Circuit and Weight Training and plyometrics, Allen feels that men who receive the proper trianing can perform well into their 40's, 50's and beyond. The key thing is to get started.
