People are always too busy making excuses, they are always looking for the path of least resistance, and waiting around for some magic pill or miracle cure. It’s been here the whole time and it’s literally right under your nose. GET UP AND MOVE!

 People need a “Harajuku moment,” which is a revelation or awakening that turns an “oh, that would be nice” event into a “that must and will happen” event. It’s the “ah-ha” moment in time when you stop thinking and start doing. It’s where you stop aiming and start firing. It’s when you stop sitting, and eating, and drinking…and start making a difference in your life. GET UP AND MOVE!

Your Excuses are the nails that will build your house of failure!

Logging nearly 20,000 hours of Personal and Group Exercise at Fitness One Training systems, I have worked with people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds, and one thing is consistent; everyone has a busy schedule . I’ve never heard anyone say that they have much spare time. We need to remove that phrase from the “excuse library.” No one has enough time in his or her day to get everything done. I get it. My response - too bad, get over it. It’s not a valid excuse! You will make time for what you feel is important! Weight Loss and health is improtant!

Can you really not carve out 30 minutes into your day a few times a week? How about 3 or 4 hours out of the 168 that are available in a week? I’m here to say that you can do it if you want to. You need to make your health a priority in your life. We need to get off of Facebook, computer, or TV and jump into class. There will be a re-run of the latest “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” on later if it’s that important to you, and it's unlikely that a friends "Status update" will change that dramatically in the next 30 minutes. :)

We have it packaged just right. Time? Many of the classes are only 30 minutes a session. Money? At an average of only about $3 per class, finances arent a good excuse. Variety? Unlimited, with so many different class formats that you can never get bored. Boring? No way! Safe? You got it. Our training system is proven and our goal isnt to try to kill you, we just want you to be fit, strong and active.



Is your plan right for Weight Loss?


-You need Strength Training - perform resistance training 2-4 times per week (depending on goals)
-Get into Cardiovascular Training - Kickbox, circuit training, ect...
-Develop Healthy Nutritional Habits - You can’t out-train bad nutrition
-Have a Positive Mindset before you begin - You must get your mind right. If you train the mind, the body will follow.


Now, after saying all of this, I’ll admit that I have bad days…days where I’m just not feeling it. As soon as the excuses creep into my head I chose to overcome them immediately and get some exercise into my day as soon as possible. 100% of the time I will feel better and more energetic after the workout. I can say with confidence that movement is the best medicine for having a stressful day. The ability is inside every one of us right now at this moment. It’s your choice to “take the pill” and GET UP AND MOVE!
