Ashlie Reid is a Personal Trainer, the lead Kettlebell trainer at Fitness One, and earned her AFAA Group certification. She is the driving force behind the “7 day meal plan” and the research that goes into the Fitness One nutrition information.
Ashlie is the leader of the 21 Day bootcamp program, the number one weight loss system in the Triad since it’s inception is early 2010. Since then, Ashlie has helped hundreds of Kernersville and Triad people attain their fitness and weight loss goals through proper eating habits, safe exercise technique and a gift for follow up and support. As a Personal Trainer in Kernersville, N.C. Ashlie works with a wide range of clients providing safe, effective routines for all ages.

Ashlie teaches all levels, and spearheads the introductory program at Fitness One that teaches each new member the basics, goes over use of equipment and technique and trains each one on proper form, before going into our regular class program
